Add allow_untrusted_root attribute for TLS certificate creation and update endpoints
You can now specify whether a TLS certificate was signed by a trusted certificate authority using the new allow_untrusted_root
attribute. This enhancement to the TLS certificate endpoints provides greater flexibility when working with self-signed certificates or certificates from non-standard certificatation authorities.
